Playful Young Dog Needs Home off-Base
Juliette already knows the word "sit" and will do best with a family of experienced dog owners.
Juliette is about 1 year old with lots of energy.
She's really still quite young and will do best in a family with experienced dog owners. She is very active and lives life enthusiastically so a home with older taller children will be best. She can still sometimes be "puppy mouthy" when she plays, so she will benefit from consistent guidance from her family members as they teach her how to play with people appropriately without using her mouth to play with them.
She knows the command "sit" and likes to get a yummy treat as a reward. She gets along with other friendly dogs that are her size or even larger, but no cats or small dogs at home please. Would you have time for her every day to play with her and train her and teach her with patience and love so that she learns all the things a dog should learn? Will you make this patriotic pooch a real member of the family and include her in your activities, even if that's just hanging out at night to watch TV with you? She is smart and attentive and ready for just the right family to give her a new loving home forever. Her adoption fee is $50, and that includes her spay, vaccinations, and microchip identification.
Juliette might have Staffordshire Bull Terrier in her too, and that is one of the breeds that can't live on base, so darling Juliette will need a home off base now. We are even going to give her an HHD. That's an Honorable Humane Discharge from life on a military base with a military family. She's ready to live off base. Might that be with you?
The public is welcome to come adopt the patriotic pets at the Camp Pendleton Animal Shelter! All pets are spayed or neutered, vaccinated, and micro-chipped prior to adoption. Adoption Hours: Thursday - Sunday, 10 a.m. - 5 p.m. Please DO call the shelter to check on the adoption availability date for our pets to make sure the one you want is ready to go! PHONE: 760-725-8120.
