Program Returns Wounded Warriors to Afghanistan

Operation Proper Exit welcomes the first group of wounded heroes back to Kandahar, Afghanistan. The program brings severely wounded service members back to theater where they sustained their injuries to face the painful memories of war and help the healing process.
