Report: MiraCosta President to Reject 1 Percent Raise
Francisco Rodriguez will also return the raise he's received for the last three years, according to a report.
MiraCosta College President Francisco Rodriguez will return a 1 percent raise he's received for the past three years, according to U-T San Diego's Watchdog team.
The newspaper reported that Rodriguez's raise "was never spelled out on a board agenda in a public session."
