​At-Risk Teen Reported Missing In Oceanside

OCEANSIDE, CA — Authorities sought the public's help Tuesday in finding a missing teen last seen in northern San Diego County.

Andrew Hernandez, 14, was last seen around 8:30 p.m. Monday at 3810 Stanford Drive in Oceanside, according to the Oceanside Police Department. He is visually impaired and considered at-risk.

Hernandez, who is Latino, was wearing a black jacket, long black shorts, a black baseball cap and no shoes.

Anyone with information about his whereabouts was asked to contact the department.
