  1. On Monday, Cal Fire lifted San Diego County’s burn permit suspension. With the suspension lifted, those possessing current and valid agricultural and residential burn permits can resume burning from 8:00 a.m. to noon on permissible burn days, according to San Diego County Fire Chief Tony Meacham. However, residents must still record their intention to burn by contacting their local Cal Fire station. (Times Of San Diego)
  2. The City of Oceanside Parks and Recreation Department has released the Winter 2023 Activity Guide. The guide features an array of activities for this season including sports, aquatics, dance, martial arts, after-school programs, senior activities, events, and more. Access the guide here.   3. Tomorrow, Nov. 17, the Oceanside and Carlsbad Young Professionals will be hosting a Thanksgiving networking event.
