Fire Department Monitoring Small Base Fire
The fire was reported shortly before 5 p.m. Thursday and estimated to be 10 acres or less.
A wild land fire that is estimated to be up to 10 acres was reported burning in the Zulu impact area shortly before 5 p.m. Thursday, the Camp Pendleton Scout reported.
Camp Pendleton Fire Department is monitoring the fire, which is spreading at a moderate rate. It doesn't pose a threat because it is well within the impact area, the Scout added.
