Sgt. Gary Stein faces a board today that will recommend to commanders whether or not to discharge the Marine for saying on a Facebook page that he would not follow orders from the president.

Sgt. Gary Stein, the Temecula Marine who maintains Armed Forces Tea Party—a Facebook page critical of President Barack Obama—is facing a board Thursday that will recommend to commanders whether or not to discharge him from the Marine Corps.
