Tetalman: Issa Represents 'Republican War on Women's Rights' [Video Clip]

Jerry Tetalman—a Democratic candidate for the 49th Congressional District—tells Patch how he and incumbent Republican Darrell Issa differ on issues.

Among the issues he mentioned were environmental issues and women's rights.

Tetalman was interviewed at an Oceanside event Oct. 18. Issa—who told the North County Times that he is not actively campaigning—did not attend the event.
