"Get there early," Lt. Ryan Finnegan, of the base's public affairs office, said.

Tickets for the country singer's Sunday concert are free to military and defense department ID card holders and their dependents. Attendees can begin reserving lawn seating at . Civilians will be able to access the base with their tickets and a government-issued ID card and should be prepared to show registration and proof of auto insurance.

It is part of McGraw's "Tour for the Troops" presented by the Air Force Reserve and hosted by Pendleton, TriWest and the Tug McGraw Foundation.
