Tri-City CEO Accused of Discrimination

A former employee claims he was terminated because of a medical condition.

The former vice president of legal affairs at  is accusing his former CEO of firing him after he asked for medical leave, the U-T San Diego reports. 

Steven Daniel Stein—who had inflammatory bowel disease—claims CEO Larry Anderson mocked his health issues before terminating his employment, the paper reports.
