Wuterich's Haditha Trial Delayed Until Friday
Members of the defense and prosecution are in talks to resolve the case according to an unnamed source in the North County Times.

A recess was extended until Friday morning in the manslaughter trial of Staff. Sgt. Frank Wuterich. The judge, Lt. Col. David Jones, for Thursday, before a prosecution witness could finish testimony.
The recess was then delayed until Friday morning.
Attorneys in the case are working to resolve the case, an unnamed source told the North County Times Wednesday. Members of the defense, including Wuterich, were in the Camp Pendleton courtroom Thursday, but not the prosecution.

Neither side would comment on details.
