  1. The legal dispute over the redevelopment of Anaheim Angel Stadium has been settled. Anaheim and state officials announced they have worked out a settlement of $123 million, which will mean more affordable housing in Anaheim, but less affordable housing at the stadium site. The proposal still needs to be approved by the City Council, and an Orange County Superior Court judges needs to sign off on the plan. (Orange County Patch)
  2. What happened to the old L.A. Times building in Orange County? EYRC Architects renovated the complex bringing new life, and a new tenant. The former Time's Orange County headquarters has become a 21st century office campus of public plazas and commercial spaces. The refreshed complex, renamed "Press," will be the new home of defense contractor Anduril, that designs drones for the military. You can read more about this story here: (Los Angeles Times)
