1. Way to go iced coffee drinkers! On Wednesday, Dunkin’ Iced Coffee Day, every Iced Coffee sold at locations throughout California donated to the Dunkin’ Joy in Childhood Foundation, including Children’s Hospital of Orange County (CHOC). Grants from the Dunkin’ Joy in Childhood Foundation support programs that bring gaming experiences to pediatric patients, help hospitals host prom-like events for patients whose illness or treatments prevents them from attending, and also funds dog-therapy programs that add joy to the daily life of kids who are in hospitals. 2. Are you ready for the O.C. Parks Summer Concert Series? The Summer Concert Series will present 10 free outdoor concerts on Thursday evenings, from June 23– Aug. 25, 5–8 p.m. Enjoy "live music under the summer sky" at Craig Regional Park, Mason Regional Park, Irvine Regional Park, Mile Square Regional Park and Bluff Park at Salt Creek Beach. 3. Federal authorities are cleaning up Orange County and cracking down on legal gambling. Nine people have been charged with illegal gambling, extortion and drug trafficking in Santa Ana, according to federal indictments Wednesday. Five people were arrested Wednesday and two others were arrested on Tuesday afternoon in the gambling sweep. Two others are still at-large.
