Here are the 3 top stories in Orange County today:

1. "Every day was a fiesta," said Marcela Rodriguez, who has owned a travel agency in downtown Santa Ana for 30 years. Fourth Street in downtown Santa Ana has been a historic community gathering place, where street fairs and Mexican Independence Day parades brought visitors from as far away as San Diego. That was before the Orange County Transit Authority (OCTA) dug up the street and blocked the front entrances of businesses for the Santa Ana downtown Trolly Car project, which is expected to be completed in 2024. In the meantime, many business owners like Rodriguez said they have lost business and are "paying the price" for the effort. Some business owners said that Orange County should have a business interruption fund for projects like this. (KCRW)
2. Solar roofs are growing in popularity, so much so that the Orange County Fire Department recently held a Tesla Roof Training. On Thursday, the OCFD posted that Tesla donated one of its new roofs so firefighters would know how to break through the roof in the event of a fire or emergency. 3. Have you spent hours walking through Disneyland attractions, only to discover that you can't find your car in the parking lot? You will be happy to know that Disney is launching a new car locator feature on the Disneyland app later this year. The new feature will be rolled out this summer at Walt Disney World in Florida.
