1. Fog is common in Orange County, and the OC Sheriff's Department is offering a few tips to help drivers safely navigate foggy conditions to avoid an accident. Four safety tips for driving in fog are always keep your headlights on so other drivers can see you; maintain a safe speed or pullover; use the right-side line pavement marker as a guide; and keep your windows and windshield clear. 2. A new talk show is coming to Orange County. "Your Health Matters" is a new OC Talk Show that premiered Tuesday, Feb. 22, on YouTube at 6 p.m. The show features health care professionals from the OC Health Care Agency and community discussion about health topics of interest to residents of Orange County. 3. Alert neighbors smelled smoke coming from a neighbor's home Tuesday morning in Garden Grove and kept the fire from spreading. When firefighters arrived, they found an unconscious man in an upstairs bedroom filled with smoke from the fire on the first floor.
