Here are the top stories today in Orange County:

1. A recent poll has found that most residents of L.A. and Orange County support higher-density housing. Eighty-four people polled in Los Angeles and Orange counties said they support building more dense housing, including backyard cottages, duplexes, triplexes and apartments in their neighborhoods as a way to control soaring housing costs. 2. The Downtown Farmers Market in Fullerton has returned on Thursdays. The Downtown Farmer's Market offers fresh produce, homemade goods, and crafts at the Downtown Plaza on Wilshire on Thursday evenings through Aug. 25. 3. The Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival is returning to Indio for the first time since 2019 from April 15 to 17, and April 22 to 24.
