  1. A man and woman from Orange County were arrested Monday on suspicion of jewelry theft and are suspects in as many as 10 other similar jewelry thefts since late November. In a statement Tuesday, police said an automated license plate reader alerted officers to a vehicle tied to the weekend theft of a necklace of a 74-year-old woman who was called over to the suspect's car where the necklace was removed and switched by the thieves. Officers arrested a 24-year-old man and a 21-year-old woman from Fullerton who were with their 2-year-old child. Anyone with information about the thefts is asked to e-mail San Ramon police Detective Mike Wickman at mwickman@sanramon.ca.gov or call the department’s non-emergency dispatch at 925-973-2779. 2. The tiniest home in Orange County will cost you almost $600K. The Silverado Canyon cottage is far from the hustle and bustle and is in one of the most beautiful counties in the country. The 2 bedroom, 2 bath home is 447 square feet, coming out to about $1,342 a square foot. You can read more about this story here: (Orange County Patch)
  3. A former “Real Housewives of OC” star's son was back behind bars Tuesday. Josh Waring, 33, was arrested on Jan. 10 and is being held without bail, according to Orange County Jail records. He is due for a hearing on Friday in the West Justice Center in Westminster. Waring could face more time behind bars for violating the terms of his parole.
