Bra Heist At Peninsula Victoria's Secret Ends With 2 Arrested: Police

The pair from Los Angeles had trash bags full of bras in their vehicle, according to police.

DALY CITY, CA — Two people from Los Angeles were arrested and charged after stealing more than $1,500 in bras from a Victoria’s Secret in Daly City, according to police.

The incident occurred around 3:45 p.m. March 19 at the store in the Serramonte Center, police said. One person entered the business and distracted a worker, while the other person filled up a backpack with bras and left, according to police.

Law enforcement found the pair and recovered 26 bras worth about $1,526, police said. Inside the duo’s vehicle, police also discovered trash bags, a tool to remove security sensors, a bag containing multiple sensors and a duffle bag containing two trash bags full of bras, according to authorities.

The thieves — ages 55 and 23 — were booked into jail on suspicion of organized retail theft, burglary and possession of burglary tools, according to police.
