Passenger Seriously Injured During Suspected DUI Crash In Pacifica
According to police, the driver crashed into a parked car, pushing both vehicles into the front driveway of a home.
PACIFICA, CA — A suspected drunk driver was arrested Saturday in Pacifica after a crash that left his passenger in the hospital with serious injuries, according to police.
Investigators said 911 callers reported the crash a few minutes before 1:30 a.m. outside a home on Manor Drive. Officers rushed to the scene with medics from the North County Fire Authority and AMR.
Officers at the scene reported a black Chevy Camaro that had crashed into a parked Nissan Altima, carrying both vehicles into the front driveway of a house. Medics rushed the passenger to the hospital with serious injuries, and the driver was taken to the hospital with minor injuries.

Police said an investigation revealed the driver was under the influence of alcohol at the time of the crash, and he was placed under arrest on suspicion of felony DUI causing bodily injury. Anyone with information related to the case can contact police at 650-738-7314.
