Update: Power Restored To All Pacifica Residents

Power was restored today to all PG&E customers in Daly City and Pacifica after about four hours, a company spokeswoman said.

Power was restored just before 10 a.m., spokeswoman Jana Morris said. The outage happened at about 5:20 a.m., and 5,828 customers lost their power. Electricity was restored at about 6:55 a.m. to 2,895 customers, spokesman J.D. Guidi said.

As of about 9:15 a.m., 862 customers still didn't have power and it was expected to be restored at 11 a.m., but crews got the electricity on about an hour early, Morris said. The cause remains under investigation.
