Adam Sandler Drops $4.1M On Pacific Palisades Ranch-House: Report

PACIFIC PALISADES, CA — Adam Sandler is moving in, Pacific Palisades.

The actor added a $4.1 million ranch-style house to his already massive real estate portfolio in Florida, Massachusetts and Southern California, Dirt reported.

Redfin said the house was sold last week, and Dirt connected the sale to Sandler.

The 3-bedroom house is all white on the outside with blue accenting on the front door and windows. The home boasts a lush green backyard and bright shrubbery wrapped around the front, based on Redfin photos.

Inside, the home is cozy with light wood floors, large windows for natural light and white and tan walls. Light-fixtures and chandeliers add extra detail. The home has over 1,800 square feet of living space with plans to create a 7,600 two-story house, according to Redfin.

The "Uncut Jems" star already owns over $40 million in Los Angeles real estate, including condos in West Hollywood, Calabasas and Brentwood, according to Dirt.

Pacific Palisades is no stranger to celebrity home-buyers. Just as Sandler is moving in, Ben Aflac offloaded his $28.5 million Pacific Palisades home, the Los Angeles Times reported. Adam Levine put his Pacific Palisades house on the market in March, as did Brooke Shields and Michelle Pfeiffer, according to Realtor.com.
