Additional Pacific Palisades Luxury Oceanfront Homes Available

PACIFIC PALISADES, CA —Beverly Hills-based etco Homes announced Tuesday that it had released a collection of homes for sale in the second phases of construction at One Coast, a community of 53 luxury townhomes and single-level flats on the seaside cliffs of Pacific Palisades.

According to a release, the 32 phase II homes will start at approximately $2.75 million and be available for move-in early this winter. They are located where Pacific Coast Highway meets Sunset Boulevard.

The first phase of One Coast homes on the market has generated $20 million in sales in September alone, according to etco Homes. A limited number of the phase I homes - which start at $4 million - remain available for immediate move-in, the company said.

According to etco Homes, One Coast homes offer breathtaking ocean views, and are surrounded by beaches, canyons, mesas, mountains, parks and endless hiking and biking trails.

The phase II homes range in size from 2,810 square feet to 5017 square feet and include features like: floor-to-ceiling windows, hardwood flooring, expansive veranda decks, direct-access elevators opening to private or shared foyers and oversized great rooms that accentuate the coastline views. Some homes also have rooftop decks.

Kitchens have Wolf appliances and bathrooms are equipped with Waterworks freestanding tubs and bath fixtures.

One Coast, which is a guard-gated community, also offers a central observation deck complete with a lounge and dining area, fire pits and a telescope for stargazing. There is a concierge service and other complimentary services like: in-home tidying, package pick-up, dry cleaning, laundry service and grocery shopping.

Additional services can be arranged with the concierge, including: hiking, beach workouts, personal training, home organization, car washes and the planning of getaways.
