PACIFIC PALISADES — Say goodbye to Matt Damon, Pacific Palisades.

The star sold his $18 million pad in the Riviera neighborhood to Ann Sarnoff, the first female CEO of Warner Brothers and current Chair and CEO of WarnerMedia Studios and Networks Group, according to the Los Angeles Times.

The seven-bedroom house sold for $3 million less than asking price, NBC Los Angeles reported. Damon bought the behemoth in the Palisades in 2012 for $15 million, according to Business Insider.

The house is sleek and lavish, with a massive wine cellar, massage room, pool and private balcony for the primary bedroom.

The five-time Oscar winner will be moving on to New York City with his family, Business Insider reported.
