Ralphs Wants Palisades Taco Truck To Find A New Place To Park: Report
Ralphs is threatening legal action against Gracias Señor because its customers park in the supermarket's lot, according to a report.

PACIFIC PALISADES, CA — For a decade, the Gracias Señor taco truck has parked adjacent to Ralphs Fresh Fare. But now, the supermarket is attempting to force the vendor to find a new place to do business, according to a report.
L.A. Taco reported that Rudy Barrientos, owner of Gracias Señor Taquería, this week was served a cease and desist letter by a law firm representing Ralphs. The letter claims that by parking near Ralphs on Sunset Boulevard, Barrientos has "encouraged customers to use the parking lot owned and operated by Ralphs," the website reported.
Branding Barrientos a "solicitor," the letter demands that the vendor stop his "activities" immediately "or Ralphs will pursue its remedies in court and will seek recovery of its substantial legal costs and fees from you," according to L.A. Taco.

“I do think they benefit from us also being there,” Barrientos told L.A. Taco. “It creates a destination point. [Our customers] do also go buy and shop for things at Ralphs.”
Patch has reached out to Ralphs for comment.
