Driver Crashes Into Palm Desert Building

PALM DESERT, CA -- A driver drove into a Palm Desert building Saturday morning. The incident was reported at 9:26 a.m. in the 44000 block of Town Center Way, according to the Riverside County Fire Department.

Officials said the vehicle went into a concrete building, causing significant damage and making it uninhabitable.

The driver was evaluated by paramedics but refused further evaluation, officials said.
