Golf Cart Rollover Crash Injures Two In Palm Desert

PALM DESERT, CA — A golf cart crashed, rolled over and injured two people Tuesday in Palm Desert, according to the Cal Fire/Riverside County Fire Department.

Just before 11:45 a.m., emergency responders were called to the Sun City Palm Desert Golf Course on 7853 Sunrise Mountain View, near Del Webb Boulevard, where two people suffered minor injuries as a result of the rollover crash.

It was not clear why the cart rolled over, officials said.

Both of the victims were taken to a local hospital. No further information was immediately available.
