Palm Desert Couple Accused Of Elder Abuse

Johnathan Domenici, 24, and Kimberly Ray, 22, were taken into custody without incident.

PALM DESERT, CA -- Two Palm Desert residents are in custody Sunday morning on several charges including elder abuse and criminal threats. Palm Desert police said officers responded to a call of elder abuse Friday afternoon in the 73800 block of Mondrain Place when they found a parolee in possession of firearms.

The next day, officers and deputies served a search warrant and seized two firearms, ammunition and two samurai swords.

Johnathan Domenici, 24, and Kimberly Ray, 22, were taken into custody without incident. Domenici and Ray were later booked into the county jail in Indio for weapons violation, criminal threats and elder abuse.
