Palm Desert DMV To Open An Hour Earlier Starting July 1

PALM DESERT, CA — The California Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) will open its Palm Desert office and 52 other field offices across the state an hour earlier beginning Monday, July 1.

Starting next week, to help ease customer wait times, the Palm Desert office will open at 7 a.m. every weekday except Wednesday. On Wednesdays, the office will continue to open at 9 a.m. on and close at 5 p.m., according to the DMV.

The Palm Desert DMV is located at 74-740 Technology Drive.

Other Riverside County DMV offices that will also open earlier include those in Banning, Hemet, Indio, Palm Springs and Temecula.
