TSA Clear Precheck Now Available At Palm Springs International Airport

PreCheck members receive benefits throughout airport screening processes, like keeping shoes, belts, and light jackets on through security.

PALM SPRINGS, CA —No appointments necessary. If you are looking to enroll in TSA Precheck, Palm Springs International Airport is now offering an easy way to do that.

The new CLEAR-operated TSA PreCheck Enrollment Center is open Thursday at Palm Springs International Airport from 6 a.m. to 5 p.m., seven days a week.

According to the airport spokesperson PSP Executive Director Harry Barrett Jr., the CLEAR-operated TSA Precheck will enable travelers to enroll or renew a TSA PreCheck membership without a required appointment.

"This addition of a TSA PreCheck Enrollment Center at our airport underscores our commitment to providing travelers with the most efficient services, making their airport experience as smooth as possible," Barrett Jr. said in a statement.

PreCheck members receive benefits throughout airport screening processes, such as keeping shoes, belts and light jackets on through the security checkpoint and leaving electronics and certain liquids in carry-on bags.

PSP officials said 99% of TSA PreCheck members wait less than 10 minutes at airport checkpoints nationwide.

Travelers can pre-enroll, renew memberships or find other enrollment locations at CLEAR's authorized TSA PreCheck website, tsaprecheckbyclear.tsa.dhs.gov.
