• With over 130 golf courses, the Palm Springs area has earned the nickname “Golf Capital of the World.” Golf enthusiasts who want to beat the heat should avoid June through September when temperatures can reach over 100 degrees.
• An architect’s dream, Palm Springs is home to over 2,000 mid-century modern architecture buildings. Homes with 1950s and 1960s aesthetics, like those in the 2022 film “Don’t Worry Darling,” can be seen throughout the desert showcasing the chic design of the time.
