Body Found at South Bay Park ID'd as Jose Garcia Inda
Firefighters had gone to the area after a man was reported missing during the storm but searched in vain for about four hours.

HARBOR CITY, CA -- Authorities Tuesday released the name of a man whose body was found near Ken Malloy Harbor Regional Park in Harbor City after storm water receded.
The body was discovered about 10:30 a.m. Monday near the 1300 block of West Pacific Coast Highway, said Brian Humphrey of the Los Angeles Fire Department.
The man was identified as Jose Garcia Inda, 51, whose home town was not known, according to the coroner's office. An autopsy was pending to determine the cause of death.

Firefighters had gone to the area after a man was reported missing during the storm, but searched in vain for about four hours without success, Humphrey said.
The body "had been submerged by recent storm water in very dense vegetation, (and) only (became) visible as water receded," Humphrey said.
