Peninsula boys basketball lost to Mayfair 59-61 during Friday night's CIF 2A Semi-Finals game.

Updated Feb. 23:

Peninsula boys basketball won against Segerstrom High School Tuesday night 60-47. The Panthers will take on Mayfair High School in the CIF 2A Semi-Finals on Friday night. The game will be held at Cerritos High School at 7 p.m. A win will take the boys to the Finals played in the Anaheim Arena sometime March 2-5.

PV girls soccer won against Troy High School Tuesday 2-1 in the second round of the CIF-SS Division 2 playoffs.

Peninsula girls soccer lost against Los Osos High School in Rancho Cucamonga 0-1 Tuesday.

Girls basketball: 

The Lady Panthers lost to Arroyo Grande Saturday night 40-44.

Palos Verdes Sea Kings won Saturday against Citrus Hill 54-50. They will play next against Bonita High School on Feb. 23.

Boys basketball:

The Panthers won against Rowland High School Friday night 59-49. They will play the Quarter Finals against Segerstrom High School at 7 p.m. Feb. 22 in Santa Ana.

Sea Kings lost to Bishop Amat High School Friday night 59-71.

Soccer:

Peninsula girls soccer delivered a win last Thursday so they will play at 5 p.m. Feb. 22 against Los Osos High School in Rancho Cucamonga.
