SAN PEDRO, CA — Authorities are investigating a body found early Monday in the ocean waters off San Pedro.
Los Angeles County lifeguards located and paddled the body at about 9:05 a.m. Monday at 3720 S Stephen M White Drive, according to Margaret Stewart of the Los Angeles Fire Department. Paramedics determined death on the scene.
The Los Angeles County Coroner will investigate the reported drowning, Stewart said.
