Fire Damages Home In Nearby Harbor City

HARBOR CITY, CA — A fire damaged a house in the Harbor City area Tuesday, but no one was hurt, officials said.

Firefighters sent to the 1600 block of West 261st Street at 10:34 a.m. extinguished the flames in the single-story residence in 17 minutes, according to the Los Angeles Fire Department.

The cause of the fire was under investigation.
