Fire Damages Rancho Palos Verdes Home

No one was injured, officials say.

RANCHO PALOS VERDES, CA — A fire damaged a residence in Rancho Palos Verdes Friday, but no one was hurt.

Firefighters sent to the 26900 block of Grayslake Road about 9:10 a.m. extinguished the flames in about 25 minutes, according to the Los Angeles County Fire Department.

Investigators were seeking the cause of the fire, which apparently began in the kitchen and spread to the attic.
