Gun Seized In Palos Verdes Estates Traffic Stop
Palos Verdes Estates police found a loaded gun in a vehicle during a routine traffic stop in the city.
PALOS VERDES ESTATES, CA — Palos Verdes Estates police seized a loaded gun during a traffic stop this month, authorities announced Tuesday.
The traffic stop was conducted on Aug. 3 in the 400 block of Via Alamar after officers witnessed traffic violations. During the investigation, PVEPD found a loaded firearm in the glove box of the vehicle.
Police arrested the driver on suspicion of illegal possession of a firearm and transported them to the PVEPD jail for booking.
