Reese Morgan

• Palos Verdes Peninsula High School senior
• The basketball player has made a name for himself locally and nationally with achievements on the court and in the classroom.
• Morgan is a powerhouse at Peninsula and was recently chosen by ESPN RISE as California Athlete of the Week. His 27-point games and additional abilities on the court make him a stand-out player. From the article: "He doesn’t just score. As a shooting guard that has made 72 on 3-pointers, Morgan does it all, pulling down 6.8 boards per game, with  3.7 assists and 2.2 steals." Peninsula Coach Jim Quick called Morgan the "best player" and "hardest worker."

Now, Morgan will dive into the CIF boys basketball playoffs with a game tonight at 7 p.m. at Peninsula against Troy High School.
