Historic Homes on Display This Weekend

The annual Palos Verdes Art Center Homes Tour runs Friday and Saturday.

Private historic homes in Palos Verdes Estates will be open to the public this weekend as part of the Palos Verdes Art Center's Homes Tour Extraordinaire.

Three homes will be featured 10 a.m to 4 p.m. Friday and Saturday. The residences were selected because of their historical significance in the early development of the area. Built in the mid-to-late-1920s, all three are variations of the Spanish Revival architecture popular in the era.

Included in the tour schedule is a short walking tour of Malaga Cove Plaza featuring the Neptune Fountain and Italianate buildings.
