Letter to the Editor: City of RPV Should Let Dogs Run Free on Beach
Dogs should be allowed off-leash at Rancho Palos Verdes Beach, one reader writes in a letter to the editor.
As long as the pet owners are responsible and do not bring pit bulls etc. down [to the beach] and just household, well-behaved dogs, we are fine.
I did not see any problems down at the Trump beach and I have been going there with my little Jack Russell terrier for the past five years.
Please give some rights to the taxpayers of Rancho Palos Verdes and do not destroy our beaches and public parks. Allow dogs/owners to enjoy our public beaches!

What is a beach when one has to walk on the sand with a leash? It is nonsense and should not be enforced.
