PVDS Reopened After Crash

Motorists were advised to avoid Palos Verdes Drive South for several hours before the road was reopened.

Palos Verdes Drive South was opened again after a collision Monday night closed the roadway between Hawthorne Boulevard and Terranea Way.

Motorists were advised to avoid the area for the next several hours, the Rancho Palos Verdes city staff said in an advisory to residents.

The city notified drivers at about 10 p.m. that the road had been reopened.
