Rancho Palos Verdes Apartment Complex Sold for $105.5 Million

Palos Verdes, CA — A 215-unit Rancho Palos Verdes apartment complex was sold for $105.5 million to a Charleston, South Carolina real estate firm, according to The Real Deal.

Greystar bought the set of nine apartment buildings in May, the biggest deals of 2016's second quarter, according to The Real Deal, a real estate news site.

The complex was bought by Pacific Urban Residential, based in Palo Alto, for $76 million in 2006. The complex was built in 1970.
