RPV Man: I Was 'Trapped' Between Boston Explosions
Phil Norman was walking toward the finish line when the bombs when off, he tells a local newspaper.

A Rancho Palos Verdes resident had a close call at last month's Boston Marathon, according to the Palos Verdes Peninsula News.
Phil Norman was walking to the finish line when the first bomb went off in front of him; he turned and ran in the other direction when the second explosion hit.
"I was trapped between the two of them," Norman told the News. "It was just a few steps here and a few steps there, and I could have—it was very fortuitous that I did not get hurt."

Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, 19, was later arrested in connection with the bombings—which killed three people—after a manhunt, and he later admitted to detonating the bombs, according to police. His older brother, Tamerlan Tsarnaev, was killed during the manhunt.
