Stolen Mail from Rancho Palos Verdes Found in Possession of Suspected Identity Thieves

Police also found driver licences, credit card skimming devices as well as a methamphetamine smoking pipe.

PALOS VERDES, CA — Three people were arrested on suspicion of identity theft in El Segundo last week were found with stolen mail from Rancho Palos Verdes addresses, the Daily Breeze reported.

Police noticed the car was illegally parked in a disabled space and discovered stolen mail in the back seat, according to the Daily Breeze.

Police also found stack of credits cards, alter credit cards, driver licenses, credit card skimming devices, a credit card embossing machine, a counterfeit postal key and a methamphetamine smoking pipe.

Joseph Montes, 29, and Andrew Garcia, 28, both of Los Angeles, and Marisa Delgado, 27, of Glendale were arrested and charged with several felonies.
