Were You Recently Burglarized? Sheriff's Deputies May Have Your Stuff

The Lomita Sheriff's Station on Thursday will display items recently recovered from a suspect thief who was allegedly targeting RPV and PVE.

From the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Lomita Station:

Edgar Carranza, a resident of Los Angeles, was arrested today on suspicion of possessing stolen property.

Carranza, who is on probation for burglary out of Orange County, is also suspected of committing residential and vehicle burglaries throughout the South Bay, including the cities of Rancho Palos Verdes and Palos Verdes Estates.

Lomita Station detectives conducted a search of Carranza’s home and recovered suspected stolen property, including a variety of watches, such as:

  • Breitling
  • Tag Heur
  • Rolex
  • Movado
  • Michael Kors
  • Peugeot
  • Deco
  • Raymond Weil

Additional items include an Apple Macbook Air, Apple iMac computer, gold and silver jewelry, individually wrapped collector’s coins, a set of sterling silverware dinnerware, gold foreign coins and a Nikon camera.

Lomita Station detectives will be displaying the recovered property at Lomita Sheriff’s Station ( 26123 Narbonne Ave., Lomita) on Thursday, Oct. 16 between 9 a.m. and noon. Victims are asked to bring police reports, serial numbers or other proofs of ownership in order to claim their property.
