PASADENA, CA — A firefighter was injured Thursday while battling a house fire in unincorporated county area near Pasadena, authorities said. The fire was reported about 1 a.m. in the 7000 block of La Presa Drive, and was quickly extinguished, a county fire dispatcher said. The injury was not life-threatening, the dispatcher said.
