COVID-19 Vaccine Mandated For Tournament Of Roses Royal Court
Anyone applying for the 2022 Pasadena Tournament of Roses Royal Court is required to be fully vaccinated against the coronavirus.

PASADENA, CA — Young women hoping to serve on the 2022 Pasadena Tournament of Roses Royal Court will have to be fully vaccinated against the coronavirus, organizers announced Monday.
Applications are now being accepted for the Royal Court, and the Tournament of Roses Association said anyone who applies must be fully vaccinated against the virus and be able to provide proof of vaccination by the time interviews begin in September. The vaccine mandate comes amidst a surge of coronavirus cases across Los Angeles County.
Pasadena city leaders announced during the July 19 City Council meeting it would implement a COVID-19 vaccine mandate for all city employees, and Gov. Gavin Newsom on Monday ordered all state employees to be vaccinated against COVID-19.
