2 Dead in I-80 Crash ID'd As Petaluma Couple
Family and friends of Phang and Bouaket Phetsomphou are in mourning.
Two people who died in Thursday's massive crash on Interstate 80 have been identified as a Petaluma couple.
According to ABC7 News online edition, Phang and Bouaket Phetsomphou are being mourned by a large community of family and friends.
