Fire In Penngrove Burns 4 Structures
The fire near the SMART train railroad tracks caused a 15-minute commute delay, according to a dispatcher.

SONOMA COUNTY, CA — Firefighters have controlled a fire that burned four structures and 1.5 acres of vegetation in the unincorporated Sonoma County community of Penngrove this afternoon. The fire at 488 Oak St. was reported around 3 p.m. It was started by a lawn mower, according to the REDCOM fire and emergency dispatch center.
Two outbuildings were lost in the fire and two others were damaged, a REDCOM dispatcher said.

The fire was controlled at 4:24 p.m. The Rancho Adobe Fire Protection District, Petaluma Fire Department, Wilmar Fire Department and Cal Fire responded.
