Petaluma Man Arrested, Accused of Running Narcotics House
During the execution of the warrant, police say cocaine packaged for sale was found, along with heroin and drug paraphernalia.

PETALUMA, CA -- A local man has been arrested for what police say was his role in running a narcotics distribution business out of a Petaluma home.
Around 9 am on Jan. 10, the Petaluma Police Department served a narcotics related search warrant at a residence in the 1600 block of Weaverly Drive. According to police, there have been 483 calls for service and 27 narcotic related arrests at the residence since January 2014.
Authorities say that during the execution of the warrant, cocaine packaged for sale was found, along with heroin and numerous instruments of drug paraphernalia.

"The volume of drug related evidence discovered throughout the residence indicated that the residence was being utilized primary as a location to use and distribute narcotics," the PPD said in a statement.
Resident Kyle Richardson, 54, was arrested on three charges: 11366.5(A) H&S, Management of Location Used for Unlawful Storage of Controlled Substances; 11366 H&S, Maintenance of Location Used for Unlawful Activities; and 11351(A) H&S, Possession of Narcotic Substance for Sales. He was then transported to, and booked into, Sonoma County Jail.
