Petaluma police have released a photo of a man suspected of stealing a generator from Friedman's Home Improvement Center. Do you know him?

PETALUMA - Petaluma police have released a photo of a man suspected of stealing a gas generator from a home improvement store Monday afternoon.
Officers responded at 12:09 p.m. to theft that happened around 11 a.m. at Friedman’s Home Improvement Center at 429 N. McDowell Blvd., Sgt Jeremy Walsh said.
Store employees said the Hispanic male suspect loaded the generator into a shopping cart, left without paying for it and left in a vehicle before police arrived, Walsh said.

The theft was captured on a surveillance camera inside the store.
The suspect is approximately 30 years old, 5 feet 9 inches, 200 pounds and has a dark colored mustache and beard, Walsh said.

He was wearing gray shirt, blue jeans, dark colored hat and tan work boots.
The escape vehicle is a 2000s teal colored minivan with no license plates, and the van’s rear window had white tape on the bottom right corner, police said.
